Terms and conditions

Services:

Transfers:

• Pick up / Drop Off at the time scheduled by the customer.
• Our driver will be identified on pick ups with a sign with the name of the customer at no additional cost.
• Emergency contacts identified in the booking confirmation email.
• Our company and our driver will track the flight 1 hour before the scheduled arrival in order to avoid inconveniences resulting from an early arrival or delay of the flight.

Tours:

• Entrance fees are not included.
• Meals not included, except at fado night.
• The order of visits may be changed without prejudice to the schedule defined except for reasons of force majeure.

Official Turist Guides and interpreters:

• We do not offer the services of guides/interpreters without it being requested by costumers, these services can be provided on demand at an adiccional cost.

Reservations:

• All reservations made assumes that the "Terms and Conditions" on the site have been read, understood and accepted in full.
• The reservation confirmation email serves as a Voucher, and must be presented to the driver at the beginning of the service.

Payments:

• All services are paid in advance.
• Accepted means of payment: bank transfer, ATM, visa or cash.

Booking changes:

• All changes are accepted provided they are made in writing within 48 hours prior to the beginning of the service

Booking cancellation:

• All cancellations must be done in writing.
• No costs for cancellations made 24 hour before the beginning of the service.
• On the day cancellations have a 50% charge of the total value of the service.

Luggage:

• For any reservation we consider space for 2 suitcases per adult.
Note: It’s considered per customer a standard suitcase and a cabin bag
• When booking out of normal situations must be communicated so that we can adjust the vehicle to the service.

Rules of Conduct:

• Smoking, soft / alcoholic drinks and eating are not allowed inside of our vehicles.
• We reserve the right not to carry persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Responsibilities:

• The service will be made as requested by the client but we can not be hold responsable by any delays or cancellations caused by sports events, strikes, traffic, attacks, weather or other reasons that are unrelated to us.

Insurance / Conflicts:

• Insurances are those required by Portuguese law for the sector, namely Civil Liability Insurance and Personal Accident Insurance.
• In case of litigation, the client can use an alternative resolution entity: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Lisboa. Complaints:

• Complaints will only be considered provided they are submitted in writing, within a period not exceeding 8 days from the end of date the service.
• The Agency has a Complaints Book.
